North Garland Vision

I have been seeing Dr. Suder for well over 30 years - preceding her time at North Garland Vision. I have always been impressed with her thoroughness and the amount of time she is willing to spend with patients and make sure all questions are answered. The staff has always been friendly and thorough as well. I definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience at this vision doctor’s office. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain my exam results and answered all of my questions without rushing. The office was clean, organized, and well-equipped with modern technology. Scheduling was easy, and I was seen promptly at my appointment time. Overall, the level of care and attention to detail really stood out. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and a friendly, knowledgeable team.

I returned Thursday 4/16/26 to p/u my glasses. The experience is always welcoming w/warm caring smiles from the whole staff from beginning to end! Dana, Nick, Heather, Jillian, Gio and Jennifer are some of the very best people that puts North Garland Vision on the map! Ohh btw my glasses are A'mazn! Shout out to Nick for picking em out! 4.6 review rate doesn't do them justice. They're 5 stars with me! Dr. Ashley Varakalayii Receptionist Jennifer Associate Jillian Specialists Nick and Heather were I mean "Are" all amazing and exceptional in not only finding the perfect fit but at the most affordable cost! Searching for a good optometrist and good selection of eyewear all within budget can be challenging but we stumbled upon a hidden gem all wrapped up in "North Garland Vision"

Dr. V is amazing and Nick and Dana were very patient and extremely helpful during our process of selecting/ordering our glasses. Overall, had another great visit and highly recommend this location.

North Garland Vision is a fantastic optometrist and vision store. Dr. Suder is fantastic and she takes care of her patients. She caught a small problem with my eyes and we are nipping it in the bud. How many physicians would do that??? Highly recommend her.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about North Garland Vision Center. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Lorraine Souder for many years, and she has been absolutely amazing. She always takes her time to provide a thorough eye exam, truly listens to my concerns, and makes every visit feel personal and caring. You never feel rushed, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I am very sad to see her retire, but at the same time, I am so happy for her and wish her the very best — she will be deeply missed! I also want to give a special shout-out to Nic, one of the technicians. He is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. I’m always so pleased when he assists me; he really helps make the whole experience positive and comfortable. Thank you, North Garland Vision Center, for years of excellent care! 💙

Dr. Lorraine was very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. She explained everything during the exam and was not trying to rush through the exam to get to the next patient. The only slight disappointment was with the staff at the front desk. They could be more kind and welcoming to patients coming in especially if it is their first visit. Also, my medical insurance card was requested (I already uploaded my eye insurance the day before when checking in online so if they need medical insurance to they should request it before hand or give prior notice requesting it be brought to the appointment). Overall I had a fantastic visit with Dr. Lorraine.

I've been going to North Garland Vision for years. The doctors are compassionate & professional, and the staff is always super helpful. If you want to feel your vision is genuinely being cared for, this is the place!

I love this vision center I drive 90 miles for my annual check up. Dr Ashley V is the best. She is kind and explains all that is going on so I understand. I highly recommend this vision center.
