Only for Dr. Ashley Varakalayil. She redid my exam after the first doctor royally screwed up my glasses(different location). She listened and did an excellent job. I went back to where she used to work and was severely disappointed. I recently moved, thinking about driving 2 hours just to get an appointment with her. Been to this location years ago, once. Dr. Varakalayil is the only reason I'd go back and drive 2 hrs one way.

I gave my eye doctor and the entire staff a 5/5 because every part of my experience was excellent. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel welcome and well cared for. My doctor took the time to listen, answer my questions, explain things clearly, and never made the appointment feel rushed. The staff was just as impressive—courteous, helpful, and efficient from beginning to end. It’s rare to have an experience where both the medical care and customer service are this consistently good, and I honestly couldn’t think of anything they need to change.

I’m a new patient here and I’m very impressed. The staff were friendly and efficient while still being very thorough. Dr. Dau was excellent. She explained everything to me in detail and reviewed all of my options with me. I have never had such a thorough eye exam before and I feel very confident in my results.

Great experience. The staff was helpful; the entire visit was efficient but thorough. The doctor did not try to upsell me for dry eye treatment which I appreciated. My progressive lenses are the first pair of progressives that were 100% clear as soon as I put them on. Typically, it takes me a week or so to get used to an updated prescription progressive.

I have been seeing Dr. Suder for well over 30 years - preceding her time at North Garland Vision. I have always been impressed with her thoroughness and the amount of time she is willing to spend with patients and make sure all questions are answered. The staff has always been friendly and thorough as well. I definitely recommend them.
